Millennials Are Unhealthy? Maybe So. … #2018

I feel lethargic a lot, lol. So … btw … Americans (not just millennials lol) were the fattest ever in 2017. Seriously wtf – with all of the gyms, health info, tv shows… we just aren’t healthy – what is what? Stress, sadness, stuff. … I get it! 2017 was so f-ed up in so many ways – I wanna regroup and be positive about 2018! Why not?!

I wanna look and feel good – I hate that fat over my stomach that feels weird when I’m sitting in my car – ha. … maybe you know what I’m talking about, but hopefully you don’t. Hehe. Anyway, losing a few lbs is totally doable – so I am gonna do it. I am tired of being so lethargic, lol, and I think diet plays a big part.

So happy 2018! Today, I was like, what do I want my first meal of the year to be? First world problems, I know. But, I do wanna be healthy. I wanted mac and cheese and a side of bread :/ … from Panera. Then I thought of how it will mostly turn to fat, and kind of looks like fat ha; so I ordered their green goddess salad (so yum). Salad greens nourish and upgrades the body – I could just feel it processing in a really healthy way – where the starchy mac and cheese always feels like weight on the body and one more issue for my body to deal with – and a waste of money. … Our bodies have to deal with and process bad food, and it can easily become a long term problem. Oh, and on the salad I added kale (super healthy and not that bad when mixed in a salad) olives, and onions. … 🙂

Quick Tips/Goals:

Less alcohol. Happy hour means happy hour – not happy night or endless happy hour lol.

Caffeine has backfired on me – I get shaky and/or super tired, so … cutting back to weak tea and decaf coffee. However, be careful!! Decaf can still have about 20% caffeine in it!

Apple cider vinegar! It really is a miracle heath food!! I have about a dash of it in a morning green drink … and I use it on my skin for multiple reasons! Mix with purified water! 🙂

I want to read at least 30 min a day (would like it to be longer, but it’s small enough to feel doable, day after day).


When we see results it becomes so motivating and fun! Try it. Gotta run – heading to the gym 🙂
